Tiffany Studios produced various styles of counter balance lamps, this model having an all-bronze base and Damascene shade. The Damascene shade is green opalescent glass on the outside, and lined with ivory opalescent glass. The pattern in the shade is a decorative gold iridescent "Wave" design, and the base has a red-brown patina. The angle of the base and tilt of the shade are both adjustable. Shade inscribed: LCT Favrile. Base stamped: TIFFANY STUDIOS/NEW YORK/417. Height: 15". Diameter of shade: 7".
