Eight stylized Zodiac symbols are inscribed within medallions around the border and interlaced with decorative banding. The original mercury filled glass tube is held in place with bronze clips, and the temperature scale is inscribed on the front panel. An easel stand supports the thermometer, and the finish is green-brown patinated bronze. Stamped: TIFFANY STUDIOS/NEW YORK/1014. Height: 8". Width: 4".
